Mitchell Rubinstein

This is Mitchell Rubinstein. I’m a labor attorney working in White Plains, New York. I have represented clients in every type of labor and employment dispute imaginable and I stand ready to try to help you.

I am a graduate of Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Hofstra University School of Law.

I have represented clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as in administrative agencies. Specifically, I have represented clients in the New York State Court of Appeals, New York State Appellate Division First Department, New York State Appellate Division Second Department, New York State Appellate Division Third Department, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

I have published sixteen law review articles and run a blog. I previously edited an academic blog. Mitchell Rubinstein's scholarship has been cited by hundreds of law review commentators and by several courts, including the New York State Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of California and the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine.

Mitchell Rubinstein' scholarship has been published in Northwestern online law review, University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor and Employment Law, St. John's Law Review, Michigan State Law Review, Hofstra Labor Law Journal as well as others. Additionally, Mitchell Rubinstein authored several shorter publications.
