I'm Mitchell Voss, the Founder and CEO of WindMass Capital. I've spent over 14 years in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on sustainable development and integrating cutting-edge technologies into property management and investment. Originally from Chicago, I studied Business Administration at the University of Denver and furthered my education with a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business.

Before starting WindMass Capital, I gained substantial experience in investment banking, structured finance, asset management, and acquisitions through roles at Goldman Sachs and UBS Realty, among others. These roles were crucial in shaping my understanding of the market dynamics and the importance of sustainable practices in real estate.

At WindMass, I'm dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation within the industry, ensuring that we not only achieve financial success but also contribute positively to the communities we operate in. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially fishing, skiing, and boating with my four sons. I believe in living a balanced life and instilling a deep respect for nature in my children.
