Mitch Hermansen

I'm that guy who is always working towards something. I work hard, but play even harder.

I currently live and work in Uzbekistan. I am the Finance Coordinator for Doctors Without Borders for their operations in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

I'm passionate about life and believe that every day is a gift that shouldn't be wasted living in the past. The things I value most in this world are my family and friends. I couldn't live without music, running, swimming, and guitar. My friends would describe me as big, tall, and goofy. I'd use loud, relentless, and loyal.

My greatest accomplishments include obtaining my CPA, CA designation, climbing the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, completing my first olympic triathlon in 2012, and leading a Movember campaign that raised over $27,000 for prostate cancer research.
