We offer Setup of Predictive Dialer / Predictive Dialler based on Linux/Asterisk/Vicidial/Softphone for P 100,000, excluding hardware. Compare with P 200,000.00 to P 350,000.00 charge by Independents/Individuals or small companies.

We can setup anywhere in the Philippines. Specify your number of channels/seats desired.

1. If you can visit our office in Cebu, you may bring in your hardware or we can send people on-site. If you are too distant, ship your hardware to us and we will configure it for you and ship back (advantage: local warranty from your local vendor), or, select hardware at select PC shops have it quoted send funds and we will buy from an Cebu branch of the same PC shop you select (advantage: if there is any problem with hardware, we can handle the warranty procedure in Cebu while system is being configured).

2. 50% DP for services. Services: Setup and configure the software according to your no. of seats and SIP Trunks, Simulation test of the VICIDIAL Software using your sample campaign database.

3. 50% Balance due upon completion of onsite tasks: On-site installation of VICIDIAL Server and configuring of IP Phones or PC Based Soft Phones to be provided by client, On-site training of your designated IT staff in the operation and maintenance of the VICIDIAL Software, Provide VICIDIAL Operations Manual and system config documentation.

NOTE: Call Center to shoulder cost of travel and meals of staff (2 or 3 staff)

Warranty: Three (3) Months software maintenance from the date of first campaign launch. Not monthly retainer/recurring consultancy fees.
