My name is Mitch Puckett. My life from the start has had its interesting moments, but has been slightly normal overall. One part of my life, however, has always been interesting, and that is my martial arts. I am a third degree black belt in the martial art Tang So Do. I have been practicing this art for almost 13 years and it has become a major part of my life.
