Construction expert Mittry Mor founded M J Mor Builder, Inc. in 1991 after spending several years in the construction industry working for some of the country's foremost commercial construction firms for a number of high-level projects. A member of the La Cañada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce, Mittry Mor earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Construction Management Technology, and then went on to work as a Project Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Engineer for such firms as Swinerton & Walberg Co., Crowell Construction, Inc., and the construction firm of Robert E. Makee. Mittry Mor’s own M J Mor Builder today represents more than 30 years of combined education and industry experience among its leadership, accumulating an expertise that forms the cornerstone of M J Mor Builder’s success in advanced projects. For M J Mor Builder, Mittry Mor has developed a unique philosophy of customization with regard to client projects. To this end, M J Mor Builder may offer such services as design support and assistance; budgeting consultations and logistics arrangements; and project scheduling, supervision, and administration. Mittry Mor’s M J Mor Builder also offers a Negotiated Contract which offers the customer the prerogative to demand particular changes in plan execution, including the performance of several activities essential to the project simultaneously, which may result in a reduction of total project duration by up to 35 percent.
