Hi! I am MJ, a Southern lady from Arkansas, and raised in a big sprawling family who loves to cook and eat. I'm a mother, wife, yogi, home chef, vegetarian, traveler, gardener, and wine lover.
At this point in my life I live in Toronto, a long way from my down south beginnings. And as if my love of food was not enough, my partner is Italian. What can I say...so much food!! We love to cook and entertain. Not a week goes past that we don't have guests at our home for dinner.
I still have family in the south in Atlanta and in Arkansas. I enjoy visiting often, having big dinners, playing with all the kids, and sharing lots of laughs.
Right now I am working at Salesforce on contract, but this is about to end soon unless they find a position for me, but I am still determined to find the right work for me. I am also completing yoga teachers training so I'm looking to this as a possible new shift in my work life.
