Moniek James-Eldridge is an outcomes-oriented and logical professional and entrepreneur with multifaceted expertise in military operations, data and event management, quality control, troubleshooting, and communications.
After serving in the US Army as a noncommissioned officer, Moniek embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and started her event planning company, Distinctive Soirees, in 2011.
In 2013, she launched The Confetti Collective, LLC a lifestyle platform for textured hair care enthusiasts, fashion and beauty followers and health & wellness buffs.
Moniek is currently working on launching her personal brand, Moniek James, where she helps bootstrap entrepreneurs build their businesses with limited resources.
