I build companies... kind of. I build people, really an understanding of people. I build foundations for thinking and approaching difficult situations. Currently, this is in the realm of business. I believe that thinking is rare and important, but building outperforms theory every time. Ship it. I build experiences and artifacts to elicit the builder within every human, to reignite the penchant for innovation that is as human as breathing. What are you building?

I get out of bed every morning because I don't have all the answers, but I believe there are answers. I'm here because I'm on a journey to find those answers. The world is tiring of gurus and experts opining for hours-on-end about their new patented 12-step system to guarantee business success. I'm not an expert; I'm a sojourner with lots of notes looking for the next step toward discovering and co-creating remarkable companies. What journey are you on? Where are you going? Why?
