Weekly Interior and Exterior Home inspection includes, but is not limited to:
- Secure all doors and windows
- Appliances are running properly
- Run faucets, flush toilets, check for leaks
- Pool and spa are being cared for
- Lawn and landscaping are being maintained
- Home systems are in working order
- Interior humidity level is maintained
- Pest control is maintained
- Vehicles are started and driven (additional charges may apply)
- Golf cart batteries are charged monthly
- Outside service personnel are being met and managed (additional charges may apply)
- Collect and forward mail (additional charges for postage)
- Additional inspection for emergency events (additional charges may apply)
- Send an inspection report by email or phone after each visit
Weekly home inspection of property 3000 sq ft or less = $100 a month / $30 for a single visit.
Properties larger than 3,000 sq ft (contact for a free quote)
