Michael Anderson II
Michael is a Strategic Marketing Specialist in the Strategic Marketing Organization (SMO)
SMO is the centralized home to Cisco’s market, competitive and customer intelligence and primary research and an internal strategy consulting organization. Michael's primary responsibility is to manage SMO budget/planning/procurement process. The financial responsibility also includes support for Cisco’s syndicated research purchasing process. In addition, Michael also manages SMO events, office space, and cross-functional projects e.g. related to software tool development.
Michael joined Cisco in March 2010 as a Business Analyst in Cisco Services. He primarily met with stakeholders as new tools were released and provided training to support agents. He was also involved in contract management, SOW's, and US/Global procurement processes.
Michael holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration, from San Jose State University. His hobbies include golfing, football, riding motorcyles, mentoring youths, and night life venues. Michael resides in San Jose, CA.
