Mohamed Fahmi Khayzuran, P Eng.

Mohamed is a registered professional engineer (P. Eng.) with the PEO and certified project management professional (PMP) with the PMI. Mohamed has borh Canadian and international experience.

Mohamed has over 15 years of extensive experience in the design and management of industrial, commercial, institutional & residential projects. Mohamed has overseen a multi-disciplinary engineering team of more than 10 members and executed multi projects concurrently. He was the field engineer for a 22 floor high rise building and a commercial complex worth $20 Million and over 28000 m2 built-up area which was completed with high quality and within the estimated budget.

Mohamed has a bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Also, he holds a Master in Civil/Structural Engineering and an MBA in General and Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management. He is proficient in Primavera Project Planner P6, MS Project 2013, Inventor 2016, AutoCAD 2016, ETABS, SAFE, SAP structural design software and MS Office, and is familiar with the Construction Lien Act Ontario and the health & safety regulations in Ontario. He is expert in the canadian steel design code S16-09, concrete design code CSA A23.3-03, welding code W59, OBC 2012 & NBCC 2010. He was involved in providing financial projections such as budget, expenditures, actual versus planned costs and technical reports. He is an analytical thinker, provides creative ideas and innovative solutions to reduce costs.
