Hi, I’m maddalena. I would like to introduce myself as a creative, analytic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer who became a self-directed, enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student success and the learning experience; as is reflected in the many roles I have held over the last 10 years from Technology and Math Teacher to Intermediate Guidance and Career Counselor. I believe when preparing students for their individual pathways in education and in life; adaptability, creative problem solving, resourcefulness and reflection describe some of the habits that should mark the desired outcomes for success. These habits are not only part of my pedagogy but habits that I model. I am a mother of three young adult sons.
