I am Md. Kamruzzaman Miron, a passionate and goal driven professional with a dynamic blend of experience in customer service, sales, and culinary arts. With over four years of proven success at organizations like Biddyut Limited, ShopUp, and Shajao.com, I’ve honed the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and consistently exceed expectations.
Driven by a desire to serve beyond the traditional customer service role, I transitioned into the culinary world to expand my skillset. I recently completed a Certificate Course in Professional Cookery from Regency Hospitality Training Institute, followed by hands-on training at Le Méridien Dhaka, where I gained experience across multiple kitchens including Banquet, Continental, Cold, and Butchery. My goal is to craft meaningful dining experiences that reflect a fusion of empathy, service excellence, and culinary artistry.
Outside of work, I am an avid traveler. Exploring new places and cultures has instilled in me adaptability, resilience, and an open-minded perspective that I bring into both my professional and personal interactions. Travel has been a powerful teacher shaping how I solve problems, connect with diverse individuals and remain agile in challenging situations.
