I am an PMP certified, engineering management professional with 14+ years of rich experience in delivering solutions for esteemed ISV customers. Have experience of both waterfall and Agile based project execution methodologies. Handled projects with different business models – T&M and FP (Fixed Price). I consider myself a balanced mix of business, management and technical expertise and have proven record of delivering projects within triple constraint, achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and exceeded financial growth targets. I have been single point to deliver results with Multi-location (distributed) teams. I also have extensive experience in recruitment, mentoring, goal setting and appraisal of team members.

I hold Bachelor degree in Computer Science (BIT Mesra) and Masters in Business Administrator (FMS, Delhi University).

I have worked closely with US and UK based customers. Currently working with a leading India based MNC in middle management position.
