Hello everyone! I'm Melissa Lacitignola, pronounced La-chi-teen-yola, formerly of Zappos, leading their facebook marketing initives and video blog team, once a resident of Las Vegas, a previous dweller in SoCal, with my heart permanently lodged in San Francisco.

Now I'm helping others make magic with their brand and online presence together with my husband and business partner at Meno Design.

Meno is the italian word for “Less". And at Meno, we believe that simplifying your message and design down to it’s core allows you to communicate much more effectively. Good design should be easily and quickly understood. We always search for ways to take the unnecessary out in order to get to the heart of one’s branding and website.

Something weird that makes me happy is earwax. As gross as it may be, seeing earwax on the end of the Q-tip after cleaning my ears fills my chest with pride. The art of cleaning my ears seems so unsuccessful without it.
