I have some pretty strong views about the practices and delivery of mental wellbeing services, in particular psychiatry, and the questionable practices of the pharmacuetical industry. I don't profess to be an expert but can only recount what I have experienced and read. If that makes one person ask a question or two then that makes this a worthwhile exercise.
