Mary C. Lastrapes is the Founder and CEO of RTR Management and Consulting Services, LLC. She has held executive positions in financial services (strategic planning, administration, operations, financial management, project management and customer service).

She has provided consulting services to nonprofit organizations and businesses in Human Resources, Operations, Business Management and Fundraising, and Career Coaching to individuals. She has also served on nonprofit boards and has mentored individuals and business owners.

Mary has an MBA in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, a BA in Management from National Louis University, and was designated a certified nonprofit management professional by North Park University’s Axelson Center.
