Michelle Leissner

Michelle Leissner is president and CEO of H&H Graphics, an award-winning multisensory screen printing company specializing in helping business owners, brand managers, and product developers leverage the promotional power of scratch off ticket and card printing, custom pull-tab tickets, and specialty UV coatings.

Michelle and her partners purchased H&H Graphics in 2008. As president and CEO of H&H Graphics, Michelle and her team have achieved 44% revenue growth, tripled the number of employees and moved to a state-of-the-art special effects screen printing facility.

Michelle is a CPA and graduated with high distinction with a BS of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan. She began her career by working at Price Waterhouse in the Middle Market and Growing Companies division of the Chicago office. She then joined the management team of a $60 million manufacturing company that grew it $100 and was sold. Michelle then became Director of Finance for a $350 million division of Pactiv, VP of Finance for Solo Cup Company, and CFO for The Care of Trees, a $50 million tree care company with 23 offices across the US.

Michelle’s combination of working with small, privately held businesses and large, public multinational companies has given her a unique perspective and the ability to see a company through different stages of its lifecycle from start up to maturity.

Leissner was also been named to Screen Printing magazine’s annual list of Women in Screen Printing award winners for her ongoing leadership and innovation in multisensory screen printing.
