Megan Levine

My name is Megan Levine. I am a sophomore at UGA, and I have always been known to break stereotypes. Growing up, my friends would describe me as the cheerleader who solved Rubik’s Cubes.

When it comes to English, however, I fit more into the stereotype of a dumb cheerleader. Math and Science come more easily to me than English. I finally became a writer last semester when I took English. My teacher, Mr. Weatherford, taught me how to transform my scattered thoughts into a cohesive, thoughtful paper. With this new foundation as a stepping-stone, this semester I have continued to grow as a writer. With the help of Professor Boldt, I have learned how to find a more universal theme, then making a specific point and how to prove my point. My portfolio is a representation of how I have transformed as a writer, and I hope you enjoy reading what I have written. I also want to thank you for taking the time to read my portfolio.
