My name is Mfundo Mandhlazi from East Rand Daveyton, born on the 12th of April 1992. I am a student at the University of Johannesburg, studying Education. I matriculated at BB Myataza secondary school located around my neighbourhood.
My interest in education is to be a mathematics teacher; this is because it feels like our education system lacks the quality of mathematics teachers. To become a teacher was never one of my dreams however it came to me as I was helping my fellow classmates during my high school time, then I thought it could be one of the good things to do.
Becoming a professional teacher and change some people’s lives. Mathematic has been always my favourite subject because I think I understand numbers more than words.
I am hoping to finish my degree in education thereafter I will be able to start another degree in mechanical engineering.
