Mike Marshall

Mike Marshall is 51 years old. Mike, his wife, Sharon, and their Chinese-adopted daughter, Taylor, reside in Jasper, Indiana.

Mike holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Ball State University. Mike's professional career experience includes 15 years as a small business owner.

In July of 2012, Mike began working with AMCI Inside. He coaches retail automotive stores in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois. He charged with helping them improve their customer experience by improving their employee engagement and store culture.

From 2004 – 2012 Mike was a consultant with Martiz, Inc. Mike served as a General Motors 'Standards For Excellence' (SFE) Facilitator. He was partnered with 28 General Motors' dealerships in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky, helping them to improve processes related to digital sales, customer satisfaction and profitability.

In 2009, Maritz selected Mike to participate in their elite Digital Process Consulting Initiative. Mike partnered with some of the top Internet marketing dealerships in the Midwest to help them improve digital sales and marketing processes.
