Maria Martinez

Hi! I’m Maria Martinez and I am currently a senior at the University of Georgia seeking an ABJ in public relations and a certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership. As an undergrad, I have been an active member of the UGA PRSSA chapter and serve the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication as a student ambassador. As an ambassador, I represent Grady College at internal and external college events hosting alumni and potential Grady students. I have also worked as a public relations intern for a local Athens nonprofit organization, Athens Latino Center for Education and Services, and The Reynolds Group, in Atlanta. I have a passion for the lifestyle, hospitality, and event planning industries and am eager to develop my skill set with endless opportunities in the public relations/communications field.
