Throughout history, mankind has found ways to adapt to changing climates, environments, world wars, and cultural norms. I, however (being the "Gen-Yer" that I am, cannot even manage to adapt to the proliferation of today's cubicle culture. As such,to cope with the fact that I have sold out and become a cubicle dweller, I have found solace in everything and anything fitness!
