Mayuri Mukherjee

Hello,

I am a security policy analyst. My work is mostly at the cross-section of emerging technology and national security. I'm also interested in Indian foreign policy, and Israel and the Middle East.

I have worked on the edit teams of the Mint and The Pioneer newspapers. My work has also appeared in Defense and Security Alert, The Diplomat, India Perspectives and The Statesman.

In 2017, I was a visiting fellow with the Stimson Centre’s South Asia program in Washington, DC. I have also held consulting positions with the Ministry of External Affairs in India and with think-tanks in Europe and Israel.

I'm currently pursuing an MA in security studies at Tel Aviv University. I have an MS in Journalism from West Virginia University and a BA in English Literature from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta University. I have lived and worked in Calcutta, New York, New Delhi, and Tel Aviv.
