When Cindy and Randall aka ." Bosie" Griffith, parents of independent instrumentalist and artist Stephen Griffith, bought their son a guitar at age five I am sure they had no idea that music would become a part of young Stephens soul that would lead him to the music industry to travel and explore his musical calling. Stephen, who explored music with his many instrumentals. "They bought me my first Black Franciscan." Including his release Stephen Griffith (GriffGuitar) found on 'SoundCloud'. Stephen now 35 and the father of twins Jewel and Gibson age three, Lily age seven and son Cole age eleven. Family members also include Katie and Crissy. Stephen took a break from music coming back stronger than before as a now vocalist artist and songwriter recording his own sound. "They bought me my first Black Franciscan". says, now developed artist Stephen whose soft tempo adopted from the 80 90's era the classic tempo brings with it a hint of the new millennium sound. Loved by all audiences and soon to be proven quite marketable. Stephens journey with music would start with lessons with Pete Doster, who would light the flame that would set a fire for music inside Stephen. Stephen self taught his other talents in instruments Harmonica,Drums, and Piano. That he would also play in church. Later he would play in clubs and tour playing with various bands to enhance his experience as he searched for his musical side. Stephen accredits his friend,musician Randy Stancel,'Bluesman' who would mentor him throughout his journey in music. Together they would play Aaron. Butler music, Contemporary and Gospel music. In 2016 Stephen would answer his musical calling as a vocalist stepping out on the stage after the loss of bestfriend and mentor with his single release as a tribute to the .'Bluesman'. Whose inspiration inspired Stephen and influenced his quest in music. His single debut 'Devils Whiskey' will be recorded and released this spring.
