Melissa Menard

Hi! My name is Melissa Menard, and I am a junior at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

I am a hard working student and want to pursue a career in marketing. Marketing involves being creative, open-minded, and imaginative, which is something I am well suited for.

Throughout my life I've tried everything from soccer to violin, but I've found that my favorite and most successful hobby is art. I've drawn, painted, and sculpted so many projects these past couple years that I can't count them all. Ive had many pieces either displayed or given recognition from the Boston Scholastic Art show, which is my proudest achievement!

I love being able to utilize my creativity and artistic ability in everything I do. Recently, I created a canvas that was part of a fundraiser, for for which the procedes went to the National Ovarion Cancer Coalition. The fundraiser raised over five hundred dollars, and I am proud that I was able to help out a great cause.

Im currently searching for internships and am on the path to finding actual careers. I would love to work in New York City, for I love the fast pace and generally enjoy my work environment that way.
