Mmeyene Victory Opara-Eze is a tech-driven entrepreneur, Executive Virtual Assistant, and agency founder with over five years of experience building and scaling remote operations for global clients. She is the Founder and Team Lead of IgniteVA, a virtual assistant agency committed to providing high-quality administrative, executive, and digital support while creating sustainable virtual assistant jobs across Africa.

An exceptional Executive Assistant, Mmeyene graduated from the School of Service (2025) and has worked across diverse industries, supporting founders, executives, and organizations with structure, systems, and operational clarity. Through IgniteVA, she has led teams serving multiple international clients, trained virtual assistants, secured grants for the agency, and implemented systems that improve productivity, efficiency, and business growth.

Mmeyene is known for her strength in operations, documentation, project coordination, productivity systems, and digital workflows, leveraging tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, CRM platforms, automation tools, and cloud-based systems to drive results. She also brings hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, including data management, reporting, and process optimization.

She is an ALX Africa Virtual Assistant Program graduate (2022) and the author of Virtual Assistant 101, a practical guide for aspiring VAs.
