Our Founder – Lenora Blackamore
MMG was founded by Lenora Blackamore, who has more than 20 years of experience in web development and digital strategy. She began her career in 1996 as a web designer for Bank One and later became the web manager at Johnson Publishing, where she helped restructure EbonyJet.com, leading to over $2 million in annual online advertising revenue.

In 2015, Lenora started MMG to serve nonprofits, educational institutions, and small to midsize businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Design.
