I'm Moonshi Mohsenruddin, founder and Executive Director of Scaling-Up! Ventures, a Singapore-based strategy, growth and service design consultancy. I work with established SME owners and growth-stage startup founders across Southeast Asia (S$5M–S$100M in revenue, 25–500 employees) who have proven their model and are ready to scale, but are stuck turning strategy into execution.

Since founding Scaling-Up! Ventures in 2018, I've helped 37+ SMEs and startups scale, delivering S$249M+ in combined revenue growth and touching over 9,000 lives through business transformation. I've trained 1,200+ sales professionals through my Science of Sales™ programme, and I'm an Affiliate Faculty member at Singapore Management University, where I've lectured on Enterprise Leadership for Transformation.

Before consulting, I spent 25 years building and scaling businesses of my own, including one SGD $49M IPO and three M&A exits. I've had my share of failures along the way too; I call those my learning experiences, and they're exactly why I understand what it takes to lead an SME through real growth, not just advise on it.

I run engagements through my Playing to Win™ strategy-to-execution framework, delivering measurable outcomes every 90 days for Passionate, Hungry, Driven (PhD) founders. I also serve as a board advisor to SMEs, and I'm currently completing my MBA at the University of Sunderland via MDIS. I work in English, Malay and Bahasa Indonesia, based in Singapore, travelling regionally.
