Matt Moore has extensive experience related to internet ventures and emerging technologies; including, online advertising, behavioral economics, software as a service (SaaS), online billing / collections, Cloud computing and other web based tools enabling businesses to operate more efficiently. Matt previously was the COO for All Marine Network. Matt co-founded HealPay.com Technologies (DIY Collect LLC) He co-founded Outside Hub Holdings Inc (now Carbon Media) in 2006 and served various executive positions including, COO & CFO/CRO; while managing vendor services as the direct liaison for any legal matters, contract development & negotiation, human resources, and sales reps located out-of-state. To back peddal a bit...Mr. Moore created & developed the idea, model and plan that gave birth to the Outside Hub network. By incorporating real estate philosophies commonly followed in his prior career in RE. Matt was critical in establishing and executing the Company’s business model. Mr. Moore’s initial challenges included acquiring advertising inventory through a unique arbitrage model which allowed the Company to sustain a rapid growth rate while maintaining a profit margin in excess of 70%. Mr. Moore also directed the acquisition & development of the first party assets of the business through joint ventures providing the diversity of its assets which positioned the company to recapitalize, merge or sell. Mr. Moore successfully completed the recapitalization transaction with MK Capital which included a $6 million investment of equity funding and subordinated debt. Prior to starting Outside Hub, Mr. Moore was an Asset Manager for NAI Farbman Group for four years, and KPMG for 1 year. Matt received a Bachelors degree in both Accounting Finance & Business Administration from Western State Colorado University.
