Howdy, I’m Michal M. Sieczkowski.

I'm an experienced effective operations manager creating and managing supply chains for other supply chains.

I have started several companies in Poland and region from the scratch which are market leaders in their respective areas (CHEP, IFCO).

I have also changed unprofitable entities into market leaders (PLS, TIP Tankers), managing operations, developing and implementing optimization programs and processes, supporting the development of the organizational culture to increase the efficiency of teams.

In my primary activities I support supply chain systems, ensuring that what you want and need can be produced and delivered when and where needed.

Be it fluid chocolate, FFV, industrial components, food packaging, and many others – all will arrive on time in quality.

In achieving the goal I'm assisted by knowledge on socio-historical differences, international business, operations, legal and cultural standards and differences of the given regions and countries.

Born in Poland, I was raised and educated in a variety of countries in Europe, Africa and Middle East.

Graduating in Transport Economics I persued my career on local and international markets – Europe, Asia, North America.

I have finished a 2-year Executive Doctoral BA program as well as postgradual studies on socio-economic and political issues of Asia-Pacific nations at the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as a 2-year course on community building and working with conflicts at the Process Oriented Psychology Academy.
