Michelle is a competent and well-respected project engineer, manager and successful business owner. Her engineering career was travel tracked: and she was fortunate to travel extensively throughout the United States for upwards of a decade. The years of site engineering is described by Michelle as "get-it-done" boot camp. Her satellite and on-location work assignments were intense, results driven jobs.

She sat for the Fundamentals of Engineering (Engineer In-Training, EIT) exam in 1994 and earned the certification from the The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).

Most recently, Michelle has been busy running a music studio business while raising a family. This career path has provided her an excellent opportunity to add business management skills to her former technical expertise in engineering.
