Maria completed her teacher training in Key Largo, Florida with an emphasis in Vinyasa and has a daily practice of yoga, mediation, and pranayama (breathing exercises). Aside from teaching yoga, Maria is working towards a certificate in holistic health coaching from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition.
