We have more recently taken a lead in implementing the Obama administration's health care reforms. Americans are already starting to see the benefits. The new law requires health insurance companies — to stop canceling coverage when a policyholder gets sick. In recent days health insurers have said that they will stop wrongfully canceling patients. An investigative report by Reuters disclosed that the nation’s largest insurer, WellPoint, was targeting women who were recently diagnosed breast cancer for cancelation of their health insurance.
