Maxinne Oandasan
Student, Musician, and Teacher in Manila
Hello! I'm Maxinne Oandasan, a student from the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music, taking up Bachelor of Music Major in Vocal Performance. I'm also a member and scholar of the UST Coro Tomasino.
I am a singer and a musician who started gaining interest in writing my own songs during high school. At the most random times and places, I often start creating drafts for my own music, but I also do song covers for entertainment.
As a formally-trained classical singer from the Conservatory, I want to continue being an advocate of healthy singing which caters genres such as choral, classical, and theatrical. My goal is to guide and help the development of my students in creating their own identity and craft. As a musician and teacher, that is one legacy that I would want to leave in this world - a world filled with music, where people continue to love and create more of them.
Just like the line that I always repeat to myself, “Living for the music!”
