Muhammad Moazam Shahbaz is a well-known Educationist and a Marketing Professional. He has lead marketing & communication functions at ROZEE.PK; University of South Asia & DIN Media Group. Also served as a Regional Director for a UK based awarding body 'ICM',

In 2017, he founded Naqeebz Consulting, a business consulting & a full-service Digital Marketing Agency having its offices in Chicago and Lahore. Naqeebz Consulting is serving 100s of clients, ranging from Airlines to Universities, worldwide.

He is activist on bridging the gap between Academia & Industry. He hosts weekly TV show “Eagle Eye with Moazam Shahbaz” to highlight the issues concerning Graduates Employability and also have published a survey report titled “Graduate Employability: Employers’ Perception Survey Report 2018-19”.

He has hosted seminars on “Employability Skills” at institutions including LUMS, UCP, Punjab University, GIFT University, Superior University, University of Lahore, University of South Asia, NCBA&E, Comsats University, Forman Christian College University, Lahore Garrison University, UMT and University of Education. Mobilized more than 200 CEOs and HR heads and made them visit these Universities to share their experiences with students.

His worth mentioning contributions include:

- Assisting HEC in developing Pakistan Qualification Framework in 2011 and

- In 2008 he mediated agreement between TEVTA, Govt of Punjab and one of the UK's leading awarding body ICM which resulted into recognition of TEVTA diplomas for the first time ever in UK.

He is a member Board of Studies with University of Gujrat and NUR International University.

He did his specialization in Digital Marketing from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Chicago and is also a Google & Facebook Certified Digital Marketer.
