I have worked as Chief Information Technology Officer in UNIFIL; the assignment involves interacting with all components of the in developing an IT operational plan in conjunction of Business plans, identifying requirements of human and material resources to support the plan, and developing cost estimates and procurement plan for all the IT goods and services required by the . Subsequently, implementing projects as per the budget programmed by acquiring goods and services required by the mission. Specify the requirement of goods and services through a procurement process. Handle all aspects of contract administration including establishment of service level agreement and charge back policy for users. Participate in formulating ICT strategies and policies.
During my previous assignments with MONUA, I had been involved in various administrative and operational planning and implementation activities.
Before that I had been serving International and Private Banks in for about 10 years at various levels until late in 1998. During the period working with the Bank, I was deeply involved with Finance and accounting section at the time of migration from Manual to computerized system. In bank Finance and Accounts are collocated with IT in order to produce various reports required to Submit to Head Quarters and as well as to Central Bank.
