Currently, I am the Deputy Director and Chief Learning Officer for the City of Houston.
Under my leadership, I govern leadership development planning and talent management for a pool of 22,000 employees, promoting a people-focused culture in alignment with organizational vision and goals. Also, I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the company’s learning support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.
