After finishing his studies in Industrial Engineering and management, he entered the business world with a passion for creating quality products through dynamic design and efficient manufacturing.

This enthusiasm for design and creation led him to relative success in various fields, including "high end jewelry" and " mobile electronics" for close to 18 years!

But as soon he found out how fulfilling and fruitful Real Estate could be, he added that to all the other "day to day" business activities,

Real Estate remodeling using his ideas and designs became his real professional passion and calling. He found this to be his chance to change careers.

When he went in that direction he became a remodel property expert, both for his own company and for others who requested his expertise.

By constantly researching new design ideas, his own taste soon evolved more and more toward the modern style in structures / architectural elements.

Many remodeling projects he faced had availability and cost issues for some of the products, mainly in modern style surfaces and elements needed.

He knew modern style surfaces and elements were becoming increasingly popular and so were U.S. consumers tastes which were evolving more towards the Modern architectural style.

As a trained architect, designer and developer he soon was creating an increasing number of delightfully modern properties, noticeably seen in the more affluent areas of Los Angeles and West LA.

** Following the mantra: " Find a need and fill it," he set out to fill that void for himself and many others. These include railings, planters, fountains, mailboxes etc. and make them available at reasonable prices, to both Real Estate professionals and property owners.
