Welcome to my about.me profile page. My name is Daniel Moehrle, I was born in Toronto, moved around a lot as a child, and am now 20 years old living here in Ottawa. I'm interested in Fitness and Electronic Dance Music, Growing up my parents weren’t interested in getting me involved with organized sports or teaching me how to eat right, so when I discovered what it can do for myself and what it was doing for my friends, I decided it was time to make a change. EDM music is another interest of mine, since I was 14 years old I've been producing different varieties of EDM including Progressive / Deep House, Trance and now I’m trying to focus on Future House. I would like to take my music production and entertaining abilities to a professional level one day but I have a feeling it will always remain a hobby as I am also focused on other more lucrative opportunities.
My plan is to finish this program, find a job that pays me a salary and begin to save up for a down payment on a house. I will turn the house into a rooming home and rent out the rooms to pay the mortgage. When the house is paid off I will refinance or sell it and use the money as working capital to start my business. I want to start a business in either the fitness, entertainment or hospitality industry, it really depends what the trend is like at the time.
This semester my goal is to stay focused on school and meet some new friends who have the same interests as me. I’ve been told by a lot of people that I am extremely personable and approachable. I was the class-rep in semester one and somewhat of an unofficial class-rep in semester 2, I’m someone who anyone can come and talk to.
