Mohammed Rizk

My name is Mohammed Magdy Rizk
I am graduated from the faculty of commerce from Alexandria university located in Egypt
The faculty was 4 years study and it is explained as following:
The first year was for the basic of commerce and accounting and the business administration and the principles of each study
For the second year it was basically both basic of both using information technology in commerce as I’ve studied how to use the excel (but on a theoretically only) and a little bit of other commercial software
For the third year it was a specialty year so I did took the specialty of accounting which in made us study the intermediate level of Cooperate accounting and small business accounting and Coast accounting and auditing
For the Fourth year we did explore more in the accounting materials as we did added a branch of auditing and accounting with using the IT software.
before the college I was really interested in sport i did do taekwondo for like 13 years starting from the age of 10 years and I did end it on the age of 22 because I did have a little accident that made me do a little operation in my eyes and i had to avoid trauma and any hits in to my heads
from the age of 13 and did realize the importance of work as my Father did take me to work in the IT department in a Painting Co. which made me did realize the I really did have a crash on IT and specially programming
I started learning the IT from the year 2002 and I was more interesting in the programming filed more than the rest of the IT fields
between the third year and the fourth year in college I did attend a Course which was established by the "Information technology institute" and the course was about providing a world class customer service which me realize another part of the business that I found myself interested in which is the customer service so I decided to combine both my IT skills and the costumer services skills and did start working as Tech Support
I did work for Sutherland call center in Egypt and I did work for the AT&T account as Tec support over the phone and I was assisting the costumer to troubleshoot any issues do we have through a CRM that I did work on
but after a mean while I did wanted to get back to Programming and Coding so i did quite the job and I did go to train in a software company for making Desktop application at night and at the day I did work also as tec. support for ATM's and P
