The family firm Mostafa Ben Ismail & Sons Company (MBI Group) is a private LIBYAN based group with diverse interests and activities worldwide. Established as a trading company more than 100 years ago in North Africa, it has since developed into a large multi-national company. The initial business was supplying food stuff and olive oil, and later the main trading was focusing in the tea import from Asia. This has been until 1969 revolution in Libya, the government has issue laws of monopolization, which we where one of the family firm who was affected by this law, and has obligate my family to live the country, So, after the revolution in 2011, and with the advent of the development and construction boom, caused by the build-up of oil wealth in the region, I have taken the initiative to re-establish the business family by establishing a Holding Company operating through more than 8 companies across sectors as diverse as commerce, industry and services.
