Qudwa Project is One of Life Makers "Sonaa El-Haya" Projects that aims to share the idea of volunteer work among the Youth of the Preparatory and Secondary Schools and providing students with the major skills. I led the members to create HR System from scratch (Competencies, Recruiting, Selection process, Training and development, Communication System and Evaluation) this help Qudwa to be a great place to Volunteers who want to be the future leaders.
