ولد الفنان محمد عبد الأمير في العراق مدينة الديوانية ، بدايته كانت مع الفنون المسرحية دخل معهد الفنون الجميلة عام ٢٠١٥، درس الأخراج المسرحي وعمل ک ممثل ومخرج مسرحي لثلاثة أعوام ، سرعان مادفعه شغفه بالسينما لصناعة اولى أفلامه القصيره عام ٢٠١٨ (الحنين الى الوطن ) وبعد حصوله على شهادة الدبلوم أنتقل للعيش في بغداد وألتحق في كلية الفنون الجميلة لدراسة السينما ، عام ٢٠٢١ قام بتأسيس فريق خمسة للأنتاج السينمائي المستقل وكانت أولى مشاريعه فيلم “سكرة" يعمل محمد منذ ثمانية أعوام في مجال الفن كتب العديد من الأفلام ، عضو نقابة الفنانين العراقين ، عضو فريق يلا ستودنت البريطاني لطلاب السينما حول العالم يتجول محمد في نتاجه الفني في المهرجانات الدولية شاركت أفلامه في أكثر من ٦٠ مهرجان دولي وحاز على عدة جوائز أهمها ، جائزة أفضل فيلم دراما نفسي من كالفورنيا ، وجائزة لجنة التحكيم الخاصة من فرنسا وجائزة الأبداع والتميز من عمان.

The artist Mohamad Abdul-Amir was born in the Iraqi city of Diwaniyah. His beginning was with the performing arts. He entered the Institute of Fine Arts in 2015. He studied theater directing and worked as an actor and theater director for three years. His passion for cinema soon prompted him to make his first short film (Homesickness) and after obtaining a certificate. With the diploma, he moved to live in Baghdad and enrolled in the College of Fine Arts to study cinema. In 2021, he established the Troupe5 film for independent film production, and his first project was the film “Agony” Mohamad has been working for eight years in the field of art, writing many films, a member of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, a member of the Yalla team. A British student for film students around the world, Muhammad tours his artistic productions at international festivals. His films have participated in more than 60 international festivals and won several awards, the most important of which are the Best Psychological Drama Film Award from California, and the Jury Award from France.
