My focus in my work as Project Manager is to meet the goal of delivering the solution within project constraints. This can be viewed as ensuring that the project sponsor is satisfied with the outcome of the project. To meet this goal, I should own and drive the schedule, the feature set, and the budget for the project. I also ensure that the right solution is delivered at the right time and that the project sponsor’s expectations are understood and managed throughout the project
