I have obtained a B.A. degree in Mass Communication and Public Relations at Minia University.

During past years, I have had experience working in the field of media scanning as a researcher with United Group for TV Documentation “Moheet”, during which I was trained to monitor, summarize and analyze different TV shows in different fields.

After that I have worked with Mobinil as a Customer Service Specialist for 3 years which helped me to have better problem solving techniques and very good listening skills.

ASGA Tech was my next step in searching for a better place to use my skills and abilities, I have worked with them as both Social Media specialist and Customer Support Manager for one year.

Frankly speaking, I didn’t feel my potential is in a good use or helping in community improvement so I decided to move to Soutak company, it is a small business supporting different election candidates, I am working as both Administrative Assistant and Social Media Monitor, which is the kind of business that I feel I can give a hand to help people in a transparent atmosphere which may help in improving political environment.

The mentioned work experience has shown me directly the importance of teamwork in encouraging efficient and effective work, I personally believe that strong teamwork skills I have gained there will help me to be a valuable addition to your organization.

My potential history is closely related to Media, Volunteer Work, Customer Service, and Social Media.
