Head of intellectual property Rights (IPR) office in information technology industry development agency (ITIDA), with strong personality and great leadership skills. Effective practice in managerial and research work for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and the legal aspects in information technology and communications (ICT) for more than fourteen years. An IPR expert in academic and business organizations. Hegazy is a board member in the Permanent Copyright Office in the Ministry of Culture & board member in the national intellectual property committee in Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Shared in drafting and editing E-Signature law and the new IPR law in Egypt. He is also expert in front of economic courts according to the Justice Minister's decision. As for his non governmental activities, he is a founder for the Egyptian center for intellectual property & information technology; and the Egyptian cyber law association. Finally; a member and reporter for the high consulting committee of IPR in ICT field in Egypt.
