Hi, I’m Mo. I live in Detroit and work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and human behavior. Most days, I’m helping teams navigate ambiguity—building software, refining ideas, or rethinking old systems that no longer serve.

Outside of work, I'm an avid squash player. There’s something meditative about it. It teaches you when to wait, when to strike, and when to simply stay in the rally.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how little in life is truly black and white. Most things worth caring about live in the grey—in the tension between competing truths. I’ve found more inspiration in paradox than certainty, and I’ve learned more from losing an argument than winning one. Think Camus over self-help, or Heraclitus over hustle culture.

I also make time for music, conversation, and the kind of reading that leaves you unsettled in the best way. If that resonates, feel free to dig into the blog.
