I am an active HSE and Training practitioner, and able to maintain safety systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OSHAS18001:2007 and SA8000 standards, strives to develop and maintain a safe work environment via advising, training and Awareness.

I have an excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills and able to maintain good relationships with workers, management and clients.

I have extensive experience in both customer care and the front office functions of
hotels and travel services industry. I am trustworthy, flexible and considerate of client needs and confidentiality.

Added to my customer care I have advanced knowledge of various computer operating systems and Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
